Surf Club Courses
Ready for the new season
We're very excited to be fully opening this coming weekend in time for what currently looks like a good half term forecast. Of course we're still in winter mode so anything can happen, but we're prepared!
We've already had a few private surf lessons, taking full advantage of what has been a great Winter season so far, and plenty of bookings are coming in for half term and beyond. Over half term we'll have lesson availability everyday and opening the shop on an ad hoc basis, keeping a close eye on the conditions. We recommend that you get in touch with us if you're planning on coming over to Bigbury and we can update you on conditions and availability.
We've got private and group lessons available and a Surf Club Open Session to kick the season off. As we're at the coldest time of year we've got all of our winter kit in the mix, with good quality thick wetsuits, gloves, boots and hoods.
After the Half Term week, it's the start of our Surf Club courses (w/c 1st March). There's a Saturday morning class and a Sunday lunchtime class for all groms aged 8-16yrs. Prior experience isn't essential but an initial surf lesson is recommended. After Easter we've got even more courses starting, including the Mini Groms (age 6-9yrs), which you can see on our website.
